董氏基金會針對1,109名曾參與長跑活動的民眾，進行情緒相關之線上調查，統計結果發現，練跑後覺得在心情上「明顯變好」，每週練跑「3次以上」比例高於不固定練跑者；跑齡「3年以上」又高於「3年以下」者。固定練跑後，超過八成受訪者覺得專心程度變好；超過六成跑者覺得更容易入睡；超過八成五覺得心情會變好。

家長可帶孩童建立跑步習慣

女性往往在生活中面臨著生活和工作的雙重精神壓力，臺北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫科主治醫師周宗翰表示，若女性常常抑鬱情緒及熬夜，將容易有子宮肌瘤的問題。

周宗翰表示，就有一名28歲女性，自從17歲開始發現子宮肌瘤，在短短的11年間已經動過2次切除子宮肌瘤的手術，於去年回去婦產科複診，又發現了多顆子宮肌瘤，最大的已經達7公分，西醫建議要做第三次手術，但是因為前兩次的手術已經造成腸壁沾黏，引起排便不暢，子宮肌瘤長大的速度也越來越快，因此前往北市聯醫中醫科就診。

天氣熱讓人吃不下正餐，有些人會以水果餐，以為可以「一舉兩得」順便減重！不過有營養師提到，若選錯水果吃，體重恐不減反增；且市售的果汁糖分高，喝完反而容易變胖，還恐導致糖尿病、高血脂等症狀。

夏天來到，許多水果都盛產，據《華人健康網》報導，台北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區營養師洪若樸表示，若以吃水果減重要適量吃，若要食用，可以選擇當季低GI高纖水果，因為低GI水果讓血糖上升較緩，水梨、蘋果、芭樂及奇異果等，都是不錯的選擇。

國內肝硬化患者約有50萬人，根據研究，民眾在感染C肝之後，有八成會轉變成慢性肝炎，兩、三成進展成肝硬化，患者進一步演變成肝癌的機率都相當高。今年健保擴大給付C肝新藥治療後，許多民眾因此受惠，一名65歲簡女士20年前曾接受干擾素治療，以為已經根治，直到半年前出現手麻、嗜睡症狀，才驚覺肝硬化嚴重，在接受口服新藥治療後，目前已完全清除，而且過程幾乎沒有副作用。 (C肝病友 簡女士 差不多20年前，我有吃(干擾素)會發冷，會吐頭會暈，但是這一次吃之後都沒有，只覺得說走平路的時候，會覺得有點無力，不然其實沒有什麼副作用。) 另一名同樣是C肝病友的黃先生，病史15年，甚至演變成肝癌，所幸在投入Ｃ肝治療以後，身體狀況明顯好轉，肝癌病情也在控制範圍內。 (C肝病友 黃先生 差別就是，之前都沒辦法走，要走去車庫2、30公尺，都走不動，快喘不過氣，現在已經可以走3000(公尺)身體狀況跟體力，已經明顯的差別。) 不過主治醫師表示，雖然口服新藥能夠有效降低病毒數，改善肝纖維化的指數，但還是要看肝癌的階段，因此提醒民眾及早投入治療。 (胃腸肝膽科主任 黃怡翔 比如說他的肝癌還是在早期，或中期的一個情況，這種的話他的目前的肝癌，應該可以用現有的一個治療方式得到控制，那如果我們讓他的C型肝炎持續地發炎的話，事實上反而會阻礙我們對肝癌的一個治療的一個選擇，所以在這種的考量之下，那這樣的Ｃ肝如果還是病毒很活躍，那應該還是要積極的一個治療。) 今年健保給付一萬五千多名額中，已使用了8成，有需要的民眾可以趕緊到就近的醫療院所尋求治療，黃怡翔也表示，目前國內目標在2030年消滅C肝，因此如果政府預算充裕，降低纖維化門檻，讓病友及早投入治療，也可降低其他民眾感染機率。

世界衛生組織（WHO）近年呼籲，全球各國正視民眾健康並付諸行動，希望杜絕食品中的人工反式脂肪，美國也早在104年6月宣布禁止食品使用人工反式脂肪。

食安新制，今年7月起將有5項上路，包括會引發心血管疾病、還會造成肥胖的傷身殺手「人工反式脂肪」禁用令將生效，以製造日期為準，未來食品中不得使用不完全氫化油；而愛美人士追求排便順暢、甚至減肥的茶包、粉末或膠囊食品，也限制原料「番瀉」的使用量及使用部位。違者最高開罰300萬元。
