家長可帶孩童建立跑步習慣
教育部體育署及董氏基金會104年起共同於校園推廣大跑步計畫,設計趣味多元的跑步方案,鼓勵兒童青少年於晨間、課間、課後規律慢跑,達成每周課後運動150分鐘目標。目前全臺高中職以下學生近乎每5人就有1人參與跑步及上網登錄,累積的慢跑里程已超過4,400萬公里,相當於環繞世界約1,100圈。
